Mining Technology and Investment Exhibition

An indoor exhibition and networking sessions will take place in the foyer of the main conference hall at the Hilton Tashkent Hotel over the two days of the forum. The exhibition is designed as a “universal, cross-industry platform” to facilitate interaction between technology and service providers and representatives of companies implementing mining projects in Central Asia.

Exhibitor Conditions

An exhibition and networking sessions will take place in the foyer of the main conference hall throughout the two-day forum. 

The elegantly designed indoor exhibition hall offers a premium space for showcasing your brand. The venue features a grand, warmly lit hall with gold-accented ceilings, plush patterned carpets, and strategic booth placements to maximize interaction, visibility, and brand presence throughout the event.

Admission to the Forum

  • Two passes with the full access to the Forum’s sessions, coffee breaks and lunches. 
  • Two delegate packs with the Forum’s program and printed materials.  
  • Ability to purchase additional passes to the Forum at 50% discount rate.  

Web application

Each participant will be provided individual access to the web application a few days before the forum, enabling you to schedule meetings with fellow participants and exchange electronic business cards.  

Corporate profile

Each exhibitor profile will be listed on the Forum website and Web Application. Exhibitors will be able to modify their profiles via personal dashboard and include company logo, company description (up to 250 words), links to the company website, social media, contact information and contact form.  

Corporate presentation

  • Each exhibitor can book one 15-minute presentation at the Forum. The time and session will be allocated closer to the event.  

Additional benefits include:

  • Listing of the presenter’s profile on the website and web application.   
  • Video recording of the presentation.  
  • Dissemination of the presentation materials (e.g. slides) to participants after the Forum. 

Each exhibitor booth includes:

  • Modern style pre-built exhibition booth designed to minimise the preparation effort and maximise interaction, visibility, and brand presence throughout the event.
  • Booth dimensions: 2 x 2 meters
  • Prominent branding with your logo 1
  • A mounted digital screen for multimedia presentations 2
  • Counter space for displaying brochures, giveaways, or interactive displays
  • Electrical power access

Construction of a booth made from MDF material, measuring 2×2 meters includes: a kiosk with dimensions of 1.2 meters in height, 80 centimetres in width, and 60 centimetres in depth; a logo; a back panel measuring 1 meter in width and 2 meters in height; and rental of a TV screen.

Registration

Your booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to the email address provided on the booking form within 2 working days. If you don’t receive invoice or confirmation within the stated time, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received confirmation, please contact secretariat@minexforum.com  

Payment

  • Fees can be paid by debit or with credit card (via Stripe) or by bank transfer.

Exhibition Stand Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your exhibition stand booking, you will be required to pay an administrative fee according to the following schedule, based on the total package cost: 

  • 5% – Cancellation 41 or more working days before the forum. 
  • 10% – Cancellation 40 – 31 working days before the forum. 
  • 25% – Cancellation 30 – 16 working days before the forum. 
  • 50% – Cancellation 15 – 5 working days before the forum. 
  • 100% – Cancellation 4 or fewer working days before the forum. 

Forum Access for Participants

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the forum for participants who have not paid their fees before the forum begins. 

Delegate Substitution or Cancellation

Delegate substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to secretariat@minexforum.com at least 10 calendar days before the event are subject to a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before the event.

Who visits the exhibition?

Over 60% of participants in the MINEX Central Asia Forum are decision-makers, including directors, board members, and senior executives. 

Who exhibits?

Approximately one-third of the exhibitors specialise in manufacturing and supplying equipment for geological exploration, mining, processing, and transportation of metals and minerals. The second-largest group focuses on production digitisation and automation. The third-largest group provides services and equipment for geological exploration, drilling, and blasting.

What’s included:
On-screen demonstration of a video clip in the conference halls between the sessions of the MINEX forum. The duration of the video clip should not exceed 180 seconds. The demonstration is made in rotation without sound.

A possibility of placing promotional products (souvenirs, printed materials) in delegate bags.

How was it in 2024?

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration and Agreement:

Participation in the event requires registration and confirmation from MINEX Forum. Registration and a formal agreement between the exhibitor and the organisers are only established in writing upon receipt of the application and conclusion of a contract (if payment is required). 

Payment

  • Exhibitors are obligated to pay the reservation fee according to the terms specified in the contract. The full fee must be received by the organisers no later than 48 hours before the event starts. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking and refusal of participation. 

Pricing

Prices and conditions are valid at the time of publication. MINEX Forum reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect registrations already confirmed by MINEX Forum. 

Delegate Discounts

Discounts are only applicable at the time of registration and cannot be combined. Group registration discounts are only valid for the specified number of delegates. 

Exhibition Stand Cancellation

All cancellations must be emailed to secretariat@minexforum.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and must be received by MINEX Forum. 

Upon cancellation, the exhibitor is required to pay an administrative fee based on the total package cost, as follows: 

  • 5% – Cancellation 41 or more working days before the forum. 
  • 10% – Cancellation 40 – 31 working days before the forum. 
  • 25% – Cancellation 30 – 16 working days before the forum. 
  • 50% – Cancellation 15 – 5 working days before the forum. 
  • 100% – Cancellation 4 or fewer working days before the forum. 

Participant Registration Cancellation

Registration cancellation is possible. All cancellations must be sent by email to secretariat@minexforum.com with the subject line “Cancellation” and must be received by MINEX Forum. Cancellations received 10 or more calendar days before the MINEX Forum event will incur a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than 10 calendar days before the event, and the full fee remains payable. For cancellations made less than 10 calendar days before the event, a credit for participation in other forum events may be issued at the organizers’ discretion. 

Transfer of Registration

Registration is for personal use and cannot be transferred to another individual without prior written agreement from the event organizers. MINEX Forum may (at its discretion) refuse admission to or remove any person from the Event at its discretion, including (but not limited to) any person who does not comply with these terms or who, in the opinion of MINEX Forum, represents a security risk, nuisance, or inconvenience to the running of the Event. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions given by MINEX Forum or the venue owners at the Event. 

Changes and Cancellation of the Event

The organizers may alter the format, speakers, content, and location of the event. If the organisers change the date or cancel the event, participants will be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative event or receive a refund of the fee paid. 

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, the organizers may change the location or date of the event, applying fees to the rescheduled event without the possibility of objection or demand for compensation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MINEX Forum shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage incurred as a result of or arising from the cancellation or date change of the Event. 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MINEX Forum excludes: (a) any liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Event; (b) all warranties, representations, terms, and conditions (whether express or implied); and (c) all liability for any actual or alleged indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever arising or any loss of profit, anticipated profit, savings, loss of business revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or any other form of loss (whether direct or indirect). If MINEX Forum is liable to you for any reason, MINEX Forum’s total liability to you in relation to the Event (whether under these terms and conditions or otherwise) is limited to the fees received from you for your participation in the MINEX Forum. 

Event Filming

Any unauthorized filming  as well as the recording or transmission of audio or visual material, data, or information, is strictly prohibited. 

Personal Information

The personal information you provide to us will be stored in a database. For more information on how MINEX Forum uses the information you provide, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 

Jurisdiction

The execution of the terms and agreements is governed by English law. The parties agree to resolve any disputes in accordance with the jurisdiction of English law. No one other than you and MINEX Forum has any right (whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the “Act”) or otherwise) to enforce any of these terms without the prior written consent of both you and MINEX Forum. 

Terms

These terms are binding on all participants of MINEX Forum events, and participation in the event implies acceptance of these terms.
