Shakhboz Ibodullaev leads Investor Relations at Navoi Mining & Metallurgical Company (NMMC), one of the world’s largest gold producers. In this role, he is responsible for leading investor engagement, financial market positioning, and market transparency efforts, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategic and growth objectives. His work focuses on fostering trusted relationships with global investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, positioning NMMC as a credible and attractive player in international capital markets.

Prior to joining NMMC, Mr. Ibodullaev served as a Trade Advisor at the UK Department for Business and Trade, where he was instrumental in advancing UK-Uzbekistan trade and investment ties. He also held key investor relations roles at SQB as Head of Investor relations, one of Uzbekistan’s leading banks, where he oversaw institutional partnerships and public financial reporting.

With a strong background in international finance, government relations, and capital markets, Mr. Ibodullaev is committed to enhancing market confidence in Uzbekistan’s corporate sector and supporting the country’s integration into the global investment landscape. He holds ACCA certificate.
