In 1995, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, specializing in "Production of building products and structures".
From 1995 to 2000, he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Cybernetics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
From 2002 to 2005, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Investment Programs Department of Uzgeoburneftgazdobicha Joint-Stock Company.
From 2005 to 2010 - Chief Specialist of the Main Department of Forecasting, Resources and Investment Programs of Uzbekneftegaz National Holding Company.
From 2010 to 2017 - Chief Specialist, then Manager of the Deputy General Director for Capital Construction at LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company LLC.
From 2017 to 2019 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uztransgaz JSC for Prospective Development and Investments.
From 2019 to 2025 - Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Directorate for Construction of Nuclear Power Plants" under the Uzatom Agency of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 2025 to the present - Deputy Director for Capital Construction of the State Enterprise "Directorate for Construction of Nuclear Power Plants" under the Atomic Energy Agency.

Nuclear energy is the key to sustainable development

In the context of growing demand for electricity, the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and diversify the energy balance, nuclear energy is seen as a reliable and environmentally friendly source. By 2030, Uzbekistan plans to create a sustainable energy system, where nuclear generation will become a key element of the "green transition" and a platform for scientific and technological progress and economic growth of the country.
