In 2012, he graduated from the University of Manchester (United Kingdom) with a degree in Management.
From 2013 to 2017, he worked at JSC "Uzbekgeofizika" as a computer operator.
In 2017, he completed his bachelor's degree in Geology at the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, and in 2019, earned a master's degree in Mineralogy, Crystallography, and Petrology.
From 2017 to 2020, he worked at the State Institution "Institute of Mineral Resources" as a geologist and head of the geophysics sector.
From 2020 to 2021, he served as a lead specialist in the Department of Science and Innovation at the State Committee for Geology.
From 2021 to 2022, he worked as Head of the Department for Strategic Development and Monitoring at the University of Geological Sciences.
In 2022, he defended his dissertation for the academic degree of Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences and was awarded the corresponding degree.
Since 2022 to present, he has been serving as the Executive Director of the University of Pisa Branch in Tashkent.

Starting in September 2025, the Higher School of Technological Metals (HSTM) will be launched at the University of Pisa Branch in Tashkent.
The goal of HSTM is to establish an innovative educational platform to train highly qualified and competitive professionals in the field of metallurgy, incorporating the most advanced international expertise in this area.
