Munhwan HAN is the Head of the Mechanical and Electronic Convergence Division at the Korea Testing Certification Institute (KTC). He has extensive experience in certification, R&D, and standardization of IT, ICT, multimedia, and machinery fields. He actively supports industry and government collaboration through various international standardization activities in IEC, ISO, and ITU. Dr. HAN holds a doctorate in Information and Communication Engineering from Tech University of Korea and has received multiple awards for his contributions, including the IEC 1906 Award and commendations from the Korean government.
