Bolormaa Volodya is a Partner, Executive director of GRATA International Mongolia LLP, a local law firm and integrated office of GRATA International Law Firm in Mongolia. Mrs. Bolormaa focuses her practice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A and foreign investment, taxation and restructurings in many industries.
Mrs. Bolormaa Volodya has 15 years of experience in Mongolian legal services market. Prior to starting her law firm, Bolormaa has worked in Anand and Batzaya, a leading local law firm of Mongolia as a Lawyer. She has also worked as a Compliance Lawyer for the auditing project on Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia of the Government of Mongolia funded by USAID which funded projects on developing education, infrastructure, health, air pollution and property rights of the people of Mongolia. She worked as a Sourcing superintendent and Senior Contracts Advisor of “Oyu Tolgoi” LLC which is the largest international mining project in Mongolia.
Bolormaa has good knowledge of assisting and advising foreign investor to start up their business, day-to-day business in various sectors including mining, trading, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and jewelry, petroleum and consumables sectors and advised on employment issues, get approval and license from with government agencies.
