Igor is a Managing Director and Partner and a member of BCG’s expert practice in the mining industry in Central Asia and the Caspian region since 2013. He has extensive experience in delivering projects across the mining sector, including the extraction, processing, and smelting of copper and gold. His focus is on operational efficiency and digital solutions for mining enterprises. Since 2017, he has gained substantial project experience in Uzbekistan.
