First Deputy Minister of Mining Industry
Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Born on October 4, 1971, in Tashkent, Mr. Nasritdinkhodjaev holds a solid academic background. He graduated from Tashkent State University in 1994, completed a business program at SDA Bocconi School of Management (Italy) in 2002, and later advanced his expertise at Harvard Business School (USA) in 2016.

Throughout his career, he has focused on the strategic transformation of mining and metallurgical enterprises. His key areas of expertise include:

Developing and implementing modern corporate governance systems to increase efficiency in the use of material, technical, financial, and human resources;

Building international partnerships in mining and geology, and attracting foreign investments into the sector;

Driving the development and export of precious and non-ferrous metals — particularly gold, silver, and copper;

Managing production and consumption balances for precious and non-ferrous metals;

Leading foreign investment projects across all phases — from geological exploration to mining operations;

Monitoring investment commitments and ensuring achievement of project performance targets;

Coordinating the strategic development of the Tebinbulak iron ore deposit and the construction of a mining and metallurgical complex based on it;

Overseeing projects related to rare and high-tech metals under the "Yangi con" company.

He is also responsible for coordinating the activities of key industry institutions, including:

Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine JSC

The State Project Office for the Development of Geology, Mining, Metallurgy, and Copper Processing Industry
